Check out the plans for curb cuts on Flintridge drive.    Note #5 pertaining to H.E. Butt store.

1. There are 2 entrances/exits planned on Flintridge.
2. The entrance/exit on Kuykendahl will be one way only, south.
3. There is no U-turn at Kuykendahl, so the people using that exit will in all likelihood make their U-turn around the island on Flintridge or perhaps loop around to Forestgate, or continue on to the end of Flintridge at Woodlands Pkwy.
4. There will be approximately 1,000 parking spaces available, giving an indication of how much additional traffic you may see on Flintridge.
5. HEB/Regency has thus far refused to allow any access to their property from the new development.  In fact, there will be a fence between the two properties so it will be impossible to go from one to the other, even on foot.
